Shipping & Local Delivery

If you are in the Waco, Robinson, Hewitt, Lorena, Woodway or China Spring area, we are more than happy to meet you at a mutual location or your home/business and deliver your order for FREE.

We ship USPS First Class Mail (2-10 Business Days transit time) for FREE and provide tracking information for all domestic orders over $35.  Orders under $35 are charged a $3.50 flat rate for USPS First Class Mail (2-10 Business Days transit time) with tracking details, or you may choose to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail (2-4 Business days transit time) for an $8 flat rate.  Orders over $75 will ship via USPS Priority Mail (FREE) with tracking details.  We also have an option for USPS Express Mail (1-2 Business Day transit time) for a $25 flat rate.  Please allow for additional transit times during the Holidays.

We ship from Waco, Texas (76712).  Once the orders have been scanned and are in the possession of the USPS, we unfortunately have no additional details other than what is provided via the USPS tracking system.  We recommended contacting your local post office for additional information.  Insurance is an optional upgrade upon request.

However, if your package has been shipped per our notification and your tracking does not reflect the same information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Most orders are ready for local pickup/delivery or shipped within 3-5 business days of order receipt.  Processing time is NOT included in the transit time frame.  Please choose your shipping method accordingly.  We highly recommend putting an "in hand date" in the notes section upon checkout.  This will help us process your order and have it arrive in time for your special gifting occasion.
